The DT Swiss 180 Straightpull Ceramic Rear Hub with 130 mm installation width and 5 mm quick release is the premium basis for lightweight, stiff wheels on road bikes, gravel bikes, or aero bikes with rim brakes. Thanks to Ratchet EXP 36 and SINC Ceramic bearings, it combines extremely low rolling resistance with direct power transfer – ideal for ambitious riders, time trialists, and high-quality custom builds.

The redesigned Ratchet EXP 36 ratchet freehub reduces the number of components, increases bearing spacing, and makes the hub lighter, stiffer, and even more reliable. All teeth of the ratchets engage fully – creating a robust system with defined, direct power transmission. Maintenance and conversion are particularly easy thanks to the No-Tool concept: end caps and freehub body can be removed without tools.

The installed version comes with a SRAM XDR Road freehub body and is therefore perfectly suited for modern 12-speed SRAM road bike cassettes (XDR). The Straightpull design for 24 spoke holes ensures high lateral stiffness and even tension distribution – optimal for stiff, lightweight wheels in the performance sector. At the same time, the hub is also approved for use on e-bikes up to 32 km/h / 250 W.
