With the DT Swiss Ratchet EXP Hybrid Freehub Body made of steel, you can equip your DT Swiss rear hub with Ratchet EXP system for modern SRAM XD 11- and 12-speed cassettes. Thanks to its hybrid design, this freehub is specially designed for high torque – ideal for powerful riders, E-MTBs, and tough trail use.

The robust steel body resists notching from individual sprockets much better than aluminum freehubs and ensures a consistently clean fit for the cassette. Inside, the proven Ratchet EXP pawl freehub system from DT Swiss operates with sealed industrial bearings – durable, reliable, and almost maintenance-free.

The kit is designed for 12x148 mm Boost rear axles and comes with the matching right end cap. This allows you to quickly and cleanly convert many DT Swiss Ratchet EXP wheels from another freehub standard to SRAM XD – for example, if you want to upgrade to a 12-speed XD drivetrain.
