The DT Swiss C 1800 SPLINE DB 23 front wheel in 28" (700C) is a reliable upgrade for road and gravel bikes with disc brakes. With a 12x100 mm thru-axle and Centerlock disc brake mount, it fits perfectly with modern road and gravel forks, providing a stable basis for everyday use, training, and long tours.

The aluminum rim with a 23 mm height and 22 mm inner width is designed as a Hooked / Crotchet Tubeless TC. This means you can ride classic clincher tires with inner tubes or convert the wheel to tubeless with appropriate rim tape, valve, and sealant – for more comfort, grip, and puncture protection. The outer width of 26 mm harmonizes very well with modern, slightly wider road and gravel tires.

At its core is a proven DT Swiss 370 hub, spoked with aerodynamic Straightpull spokes (DT new aero® left, DT aero comp® wide straightpull right). This ensures a stiff, true-tracking front wheel with precise steering. With a maximum system weight of 130 kg (rider + bike + luggage), the wheel is also suitable for heavier riders and bikepacking tours.

The C 1800 SPLINE DB 23 front wheel is approved for ASTM usage category 2, making it ideal for road, light gravel, and moderate gravel. According to DT Swiss, it is not approved for e-bikes, clearly positioning it as a classic road/gravel wheel.
