The DT Swiss 180 Straightpull Ceramic Rear Hub with 130 mm installation width and 5 mm quick release is the luxury upgrade for lightweight road bike and aero wheelsets with rim brakes. Thanks to the Ratchet EXP 36 ratchet freehub and SINC Ceramic bearings, it combines maximum efficiency with legendary DT Swiss reliability – ideal for ambitious racing, fast marathons, and high-quality custom builds.

The Ratchet EXP System reduces the number of components, increases bearing spacing, and makes the hub lighter, stiffer, and easier to maintain. All teeth of the ratchets fully engage, minimizing point loads and ensuring a very direct, defined power transfer. The SINC Ceramic ball bearings run extremely smoothly and noticeably reduce rolling resistance – perfect if you want to utilize every watt.

This version features a Campagnolo freehub body – ideal if you want to build a high-end wheel with a Campagnolo 11-/12-speed road bike cassette. The Straightpull design with 24 spoke holes ensures high lateral stiffness and even tension distribution, which is particularly advantageous for aero carbon rims and lightweight clincher/tubular setups. At the same time, the hub is approved for e-bikes up to 32 km/h / 250 W.
