This is a P2 1 metre white surface mounted LED profile from Tech light including a clear cover. It is used to secure LED profile in place and also helps to keep it protected while still clearly showing the light thanks to the clear cover. All Tech Light LED profiles are protected by an anodization layer and all covers contain a UV protection component.
