The 33cm diameter pizza baking stone is 1.2cm thick and can withstand temperatures of 300°C. It comes with a chrome-plated wire holder. This Cadac Pizza Stone fits CADAC's E Braai, Citi Chef 40, Citi Chef 40 FS and Grillo Chef 40 range of gas BBQs, and can also be used in electric ovens, charcoal kettles, and other gas BBQs.
