With a 7" coated aluminum woofer (CAL) and a high-resolution Precision Air Motion Tweeter (PAMT) guided by GDC waveguide technology, this monitor offers crystal-clear high frequencies and tight, powerful low-end response. Dual 140 W Class-D amplifiers drive the system with a total of 280 W output power, reaching sound pressure levels up to 122 dB (half space). The frequency range extends from 41 Hz to 24 kHz, ensuring complete detail reproduction across the entire audio spectrum.
Smart Control and Network Integration EXO 27 offers full control either via the rear OLED screen and SMART control knob or remotely via Ethernet using the EVE Control Software. The built-in DSP allows for precise customization with four dedicated EQ bands: High Shelf, Mid EQ, Desk Filter, and Low Shelf. In addition, brightness, IP settings and input selection (analog/digital) can be managed seamlessly. Energy-saving features include Wake-on-LAN, Wake-on-Signal, and a configurable standby timer (15 / 30 / 60 minutes or off).
Construction and Acoustic Design The cabinet is based on EVE Audio’s Low Diffraction Enclosure (LDE) design, with rounded edges and aerodynamic bass reflex ports that reduce diffraction and resonance. This results in smooth frequency response and undistorted bass reproduction, even when placed near walls. Four threaded mounting points (M6, 50.8 × 107.9 mm) are included for flexible installation on walls, ceilings or stands. A front-mounted multi-color LED provides visual feedback on system status, input signal, clipping, and more.
