Alvarinho 100% from the Alto Alentejo Handpicked grapes grown on strong white limestone soil. Gently crushed, must-chilled followed by 24hrs skin contact. Juice cold settled for 48 hours followed by a prolonged fermentation in Stainless Steel at 12§C for a period of 50 days, on yeast lees until bottling. White peach and lime leaf.
