The active ingredient - 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (0.12% by weight) - also inhibits the growth of odour-causing microbes on the ted surface. Two coats are recommended for full protection. Self-priming on most interior surfaces: PermaWhite® Interior Matt bonds directly to new or previously ted drywall, cured plaster, cement, concrete block, ceramic tiles, and laminates without the need for sanding or a separate primer coat. It also adheres to existing solvent-based or gloss-ted surfaces, making it suitable for reting problem areas without lengthy preparation work. Quick drying with a tough, low-sheen finish: The t is touch dry in just 30 minutes and ready for recoating in 2 hours, keeping decorating projects on schedule.
