The solvent-based formula penetrates and protects the surface film against water, UV rays, blue stain, and mould on all types and species of outdoor wood. Coverage and application: One litre covers 10–15 m², making the 750ml can suitable for treating windows, doors, shutters, eaves, and cladding in one to two sessions. Apply 2–3 coats using a brush, by dipping, or by airless spraying. The product is touch dry in 4–6 hours and recoatable after 16 hours at 23°C. Active biocide protection for the dry film: The formulation contains three regulated biocides 3-Iodo-2-propynyl-butylcarbamate, 2-Octyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one, and Pyrithione Zinc which protect the cured film against biological threats including mould and blue stain. This makes the product suitable for Irish outdoor conditions where moisture and biological growth are ongoing concerns.
