Description
Galfer 140mg/5ml Oral Suspension is a licensed oral iron medicine presented as a sugar-free liquid. It is used to treat and prevent iron-deficiency anaemia by helping to restore the body's iron levels. A 5ml dose provides ferrous fumarate 140mg (equivalent to approximately 45mg of elemental iron). It may turn the stools dark, which is harmless, and can cause stomach upset, constipation or diarrhoea in some people. Keep out of the sight and reach of children, as accidental iron overdose can be harmful. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please speak to your pharmacist before use.
