This V-Band ring is required if you like to connect a downpipe with an original Garrett GTW exhaust housing. The V-Band flange will be welded to the end of the downpipe and then clamped with the turbine housing (see list of housings applications below) using our stainless steel V-Band clamp (446397-0364). This V-Band ring is CNC maschined and very good weldability.
