Description
Alka-Seltzer is an effervescent medicine that dissolves in water to help relieve headaches accompanied by acid indigestion, heartburn or an upset stomach. It contains aspirin to ease pain and sodium bicarbonate to help reduce excess stomach acid, providing relief from both discomfort and digestive symptoms.
As this product contains aspirin, it should not be used by children or teenagers under 16 years of age, or by anyone with a stomach ulcer or an allergy to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs). If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medicines, or have an existing medical condition, speak to your pharmacist or healthcare professional before using this product.
