Filey Bay Moscatel Sherry Cask English Single Malt Whisky

3cl / 47.3% / The Perfect Measure - Filey Bay has previously released limited editions of its Moscatel wine cask whisky, but this expression is now becoming part of the core range. Moscatel, a grape variety often used in sherry production, is rarely seen as a single varietal, as it’s typically used as a sweetening agent. Sherries made from Moscatel tend to be floral and fruity, with distinctive grapey aromas — characteristics that come through in this whisky. Expect notes of rose, sultana, and orange. 30ml sample bottle.
