50cl / 47% - From the proudly organic distillery Hauts Glaces nestled in the French Alps, this fourth release in the XO series is a 12-year-old single-estate expression, concentrating all of the distilleryâs principles and learning into one âgrand cruâ bottling. Drawing on some of Haut Glacesâ oldest stock, this open with hints of cherry, rose, cocoa and hazelnut, revealing further red fruit and floral elements on the palate, along with dried fig, black tea and tonka bean.
