70cl / 40% - This delightful single estate añejo tequila from Ocho was made with agave grown in the grey, clay-y soil of Tierras Negas. The nose presents strongly mineral with notes of olive, anise, vanilla, earth and wood shavings, while the palate adds sherry and grapefruit peel. Distinctive and delicious.
