75cl / 12.5% - An elegant 2012 Cuvée Nicolas François Champagne from Billecart-Salmon, made with a combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Complex and refined, with a minerality counterbalancing orchard and stone fruit, as nuts, floral notes, pastry and delicate spices show the mark of skilful maturation and deft use of oak casks.
