Islay Rum Sherry Wood / Oloroso Single Cask

70cl / 50% - A handpicked single cask release dating from Islay Rum Company’s earliest distillations in 2022, which was then aged in an Oloroso sherry cask. Long fermented, for a dunder-heavy character. Sherried spice, dried fruit, butterscotch and tropical notes meet a touch of sea salt.
