70cl / 48% / Distillery Bottling - The very last of three increasingly limited Ardbeg Vintage Y2K releases, the 25 Year Old is drawn from stock that was somehow mislaid after coming out of the distilleryâs old stills in 2000 and only recently rediscovered. Finished in tempranillo casks from Bodega Numanthia, Ardbegâs classic peat smoke and medicinal notes are wrapped in coffee, barbecue ribs, sweet chilli, chocolate and smoked fruit, for a rare delight.
