Thy 2021 Imperial Heritage Barley / 4 Year Old Danish Whisky

70cl / 56.5% - This is a vatting of casks made from the Danish heritage barley variety Imperial grown and harvested in 2020. Distilled in March and April 2021, and matured for four years in a combination of oloroso and bourbon casks, this has notes of dried fruit, plum jam, vanilla, citrus and caramel with an oily mounth feel.
