Mortlach 2016 / 10 Year Old / Signatory 100 Proof Edition 84 Speyside Whisky

70cl / 57.1% / Signatory - An independent bottling of Mortlach from indie bottler Signatory Vintage as a part of its 100 proof series. Finished in first-fill Pedro Ximinez, this whisky brings together the heavy, meaty character of Mortlach whisky, with the rich flavours of PX: notes of dark fruits, demerara sugar and chocolate.
