70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling - The ninth release in Cù Bòcan’s Creation series is a careful marriage of different maturations of Tomatin’s lightly peated single malt. Distilled in 2008, some saw over 17 years of full maturation in virgin American oak, while some were finished in manzanilla sherry casks. The contrast between the influence of the two woods presents an intriguing limited-edition bottling with notes of sweet and salty popcorn, crisp orchard fruit, cinnamon, caramel, French toast and spiced orange.
