Port Dundas 2010 / 16 Year Old / Signatory Un-Chillfiltered Single Whisky

70cl / 46% / Signatory - A single grain expression from the closed Port Dundas distillery courtesy of Signatory and their Un-Chillfiltered series. Distilled just prior to the distillery’s closure, this whisky was then matured for 16 years in a combination of first-fill bourbon and first-fill sherry casks. A rare opportunity to try whisky from a ghost distillery without breaking the bank, expect rich custard notes of vanilla, caramel, and coconut complimented by dried fruits and a touch of baking spice.
