Valentin Leflaive Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs CV 21 4.0 NV

75cl / 12.5% - An elegant, fresh Blanc de Blancs Champagne from Valentin Leflaive. The austere label allows those in the know to decode that this was made with grapes from Cramant and Vertus, with the base year being 2021 and the dosage 4.0g/litre. A delightful champagne, with notes of yellow apples, candied lemons, freshly-baked bread and a clean salinity that lingers in the finish.
