50cl / 53% - Kweichow Maotaizhen's nine-year-old baijiu is made in the Guizhou province of China. An unflavoured moutai baijiu, this is made from a combination of wheat and sorghum, has been classified with a 'sauce' fragrance and has a similiar mouthfeel to vodka.
