La Gitana Oloroso Abocado Alameda Cream / Hidalgo

50cl / 18% - This smooth, amber-coloured sherry is a blend of 95% dry oloroso and 5% sweet Pedro Ximénez. Rich notes of fig preserves, Christmas cake and toasted nuts make this a natural match for soft cheese and crème brûlée.
