70cl / 47.5% - An artisanal mezcal from Los Danzantes, San Juan is made with agave grown in mountain-top plantations and fermented in oak vats, before being distilled by Don Joel Cruz. The palate offers notes of dewy garden herbs, vibrant orange and lemon zest, earthy smoke and sweet minerals that linger in the finish.
