37.5cl / 43% - The 2022-vintage eau-de-vie is made with pears grown within 30 miles of Capreolus distillery from trees of up to 300-years-old. Aromas of crunchy green leaves, juicy pears and vanilla fill the nose, complemented by notes of aromatic pears, crisp green apples and pear stems.
