East London Liquor Co Pilsner Malt 2020 / 5 Year Old / Rye Whisky Cask English Whisky

70cl / 54.6% / Distillery Bottling - Part of East London Liquor Co’s new Lab Exclusives series, all drawn from single casks that are used to build the distillery’s flagship East London Threads blended whisky. This bottling showcases German pilsner barley malt, a delicate pale malt that ELLC paired with properly softened water to show its qualities at its best, then paired with an expressive, fruity saison yeast. Matured in a refill London Rye cask for nearly six years, it shows notes of russet apple, flan and apple wax.
