Hellyers Road Double Cask Australian Single Malt Whisky

70cl / 46.2% - This Tasmanian whisky is aged for five years in ex-bourbon casks, followed by a secondary maturation in French oak barriques that previously held Tasmanian Pinot Noir wine. The influence of the wine casks imparts vibrant notes of cherry and red fruits, beautifully complementing the whisky’s natural flavors of cinnamon, clove, apricot, and orange.
