300cl / 41% - A three-litre bottle of Chateau de Fontpinot XO, a very old single-estate Cognac from Frapin, designed to make a statement. This expression has aromas of candied fruits of apricots and figs, marzipan, nougat and rancio that materialise on the palate in a rich, balanced and complex unison. Pair with chocolate desserts or a cheese plate to reveal notes of vanilla and wood, or with just a drop of water to soften the aromatic density.
