Health Sensors You Can Rely On: The CIRQA uses Garmin's Elevate Gen 4 optical heart rate sensor, which also monitors skin temperature during sleep. Pulse Ox tracking gives you blood oxygen saturation readings, and Body Battery energy monitoring pulls together heart rate variability, stress, sleep quality, and activity data to give you a single energy score throughout the day. Women's health features include cycle, ovulation, and pregnancy tracking, and the band is compatible with the Natural Cycles birth control app (a separate Natural Cycles subscription is required). Sleep Tracking and Recovery: The CIRQA records sleep stages, naps, and overnight skin temperature, then generates a sleep score with personalised coaching in the Garmin Connect app. The Smart Wake haptic alarm is set to wake you during a lighter sleep stage within a window you choose.
