Caol Ila 1981 / 21 Year Old / First Cask #285 Islay Whisky

70cl / 46% / First Cask - This is a rare find from the 1980s, a time when single malts were a niche, specialist style of whisky. It showcases the smoky, maritime character of Caol Ila, bringing seaweed, brine and warmth to its coastal peat smoke.
