70cl / 52% - This expression from Haiti’s Distillerie de Port-au-Prince has been aged for three years in ex-Caroni rum casks. The distillery was founded by Herbert Barbancourt-Linge, a descendant of the famous Barbancourt rum family, and specialises in making pot still rums.
