70cl / 57% - This Guyanese rum from El Dorado is a marriage of two exceptional rums distilled in 2012. The LBI or âLa Bonne Intentionâ portion was produced using a four column French Savalle still and the DHE or âDiamond High Esterâ rum was made in the John Dore double retort pot still, adding a punch of tropical fruit.
