Bowmore 2015 / 11 Year Old / Sherry Butt / Carn Mor Strictly Limited Islay Whisky

70cl / 51.2% / Carn Mor - You don’t see a huge amount of independently bottled Bowmore, so this 11-year-old from Cà rn Mòr is a tempting prospect indeed. Matured in a sherry butt, for peat smoke and tropical fruit notes wrapped up in rich dried fruit.
