Half Bottle: Late Harvest Riesling 2018, Casas del Bosque

Light gold in colour this has a nose of apricot, crème brulée, walnuts and toasted almonds. On the palate there are lush fruity notes of quince, spiced apple and honey combined with a bright zesty acidity to bring it all into balance with excellent structure and length. (12% abv - 2018) Made from hand harvested botrytis affected grapes which are carefully selected and picked in the autumn, this sweet wine is aged for 10 months in French Barriques before bottling.
