70cl / 40% - The top-end offering from Ron Tepuy, this is a pot still-led Venezuelan rum aged for up to 12 years in American oak and finished in a careful mix of amontillado, oloroso and Pedro Ximinez sherry casks. Intended to be appreciated neat, with complex notes of plum, toasted nut, sultana, oak spice and dark chocolates, itâs also excellent for adding a sophisticated edge to cocktails.
