70cl / 41% - Capovilla has been crafting grappa since 1986 and this Grappa di Bassano is made from the pomace of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot and Vespaiolo grapes. The spirit is powerful yet elegant, with notes of white flowers, pear, fresh herbs and a touch of spice, reflecting the care in its slow, gentle, bain-marie distillation system.
