Description
70cl / 48.5% - A limited run of less than 500 bottles, this whisky was made from a mix of oats and rye from the farm surrounding the distillery along with Vienna malt, for a whisky with creamy mouthfeel, peppery spice and nutty depth. While most of the whisky was matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, some enjoyed time in an apple eiswein cask layering sweet summer apples on top of the bourbonâs honey and vanilla.
