Description
70cl / 41% - This less-known Mexican agave distillate hails from Sonora, the only part of the country that baconara can be produced, which is doubly impressive as production was entirely illegal from 1915 to 1992. An elegantly smoky nose with hay and a suggestion of mesquite wood leads on to a smooth-bodied spirit with caramel and anise accents.
