Glenfarclas 2011 / 15 Year Old / Sherry Cask Speyside Whisky

70cl / 60% / Distillery Bottling - A weighty, old-school Glenfarclas, and the final in the Decanter series that launched five years ago, all presented in gorgeous Glencairn decanters, of which only 600 were made for this release. Aged in a single oloroso cask, this is an uncompromising, oily and creamy sherry bomb. Classic orange and dark chocolate on the nose, followed by even richer dates, toffee apple and pecans, with long, almost peppery spice to the finish.
