70cl / 49% - An artisanal spirit from Palâamla, Erick Rodriguezâs range of small-batch agave spirits sourced from tiny, independent producers all over Mexico. This is a sotol, made with Dasylirion (also known as Desert Spoon) from Durango. Drier, with a more herbal-mineral character than its better-known cousins tequila and mezcal.
