Enjoy the ultimate reptile adventure with the Reptile Encounter with Ranger Guided Tour for Two at The Reptile Academy. This immersive four-hour experience combines two of the centre’s most popular activities - a Ranger Guided Centre Tour followed by a private one-hour reptile encounter. The Ranger Guided Centre Tour is a shared educational tour of the wider reptile centre. During this tour, you will encounter a diverse range of reptiles and amphibians including snakes, lizards, geckos, monitors, skinks, tortoises, turtles and toads. Your Ranger will share fascinating insights into reptile behaviour, ecology, conservation and animal welfare while guiding the group through the facility, with the opportunity for you to touch and feed a variety of species. The tour includes entry to the Iguana Walkthrough Multi-Species Exhibit, a tropical enclosure where you can observe large iguanas and red-footed tortoises, roaming in a carefully managed environment. Following the tour, your group will break off into your own private group for the reptile encounter in the Activity Room, where you will meet a selection of fascinating reptiles with the opportunity for safe and supervised handling where appropriate.
