They support the fluid and electrolyte balance and contribute

Refreshing cherry flavour makes them pleasant to drink.
Ideal during endurance exercise, hot conditions, or heavy

Directions:
Dissolve 1 tablet in 500–750ml water and drink during exercise or heavy
