Typically, Moomins hibernate throughout the winter months, but that changed the year Moomintroll awoke unexpectedly, unable to drift back to sleep. With all the clocks at a standstill, the cupboards bare, and the house eerily quiet, he ventured outside. For the first time, he found himself face to face with a snowdrift. The once lush and green valley had transformed into a silent, white landscape that felt both unfamiliar and intimidating. Spotting tracks in the snow piqued Moomintroll's curiosity, leading him to follow them in the hope that he might not be the sole awakened soul in Moominvalley.
